Kefir Berry Breakfast Bowl
Creamy kefir with seasonal berries, oats, and honey. A 5-minute probiotic-packed breakfast that keeps you full until lunch.

- mixed berries 100g
- rolled oats 30g
- raw honey 1 tsp
- flaxseeds 1 tbsp

Pour kefir into a bowl. Add rolled oats and stir to combine. Let sit for 2 minutes for oats to soften slightly.

Top with mixed berries, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle over flaxseeds.

Serve immediately or prepare overnight in the fridge (oats will soften fully, like overnight oats).
